Pre Construction


Since no two projects are exactly alike, we have learned that there are numerous activities that projects could require before groundbreaking can begin. To name a few we have performed or assisted our Clients with defining the scope of work (project requirements), due diligence, site selection, site surveys, preliminary design, local map searches, codes reviews, zone changes, approvals from governing authorities, design, estimating and scheduling. Pre-construction is defined by all of these activities. During design, we assure that the necessary details are included in the design by hosting design reviews with key stakeholders and implementing the effective feedback during those 30%, 60%, 90% and 100% reviews.
